At Modern Forms, we have been creating sports and business awards for over 10 years. We started with producing lightweight, plastic medals for local event organisers – now we design and produce awards for major events worldwide.

We are passionate about good design, sports competition, and business acumen. We keep up to date with trends and incorporate them into our designs. As exhibitors, we participate in many events, both domestically and internationally. We constantly support local initiatives and athletes.
